Praise for Stuart Shanker’s new bookSelf-Reg: How to Help Your Child (and You) Break the Stress Cycle and Successfully Engage with Life, continues to proliferate on media of various kinds.

Dr. Shanker’s second in a series of blogs for Psychology Today, about the difference between self-regulation and self-control, was posted on July 11. On July 13, Dr. S appeared on CTV’s The Social. It was a great interview. The hosts asked good question. For a longer in-depth interview, check out Stuart’s conversation with Brandie Weikle on her innovative New Family Podcast.
