REFRAMED Book Clubs this Fall

Self-Reg Book Clubs, Fall 2025. Reframed: A Self-Reg Revolution By Stuart Shanker book cover.

Join Susan Hopkins & Stuart Shanker this Fall in a book club celebrating the 2nd edition of Stuart’s book Reframed: A Self-Reg Revolution!

This 6-week book club is for anyone who loves Stuart Shanker’s work and wants to read, reflect, and unpack his most urgent writing within a community. Whether you’re new to Self-Reg or a longtime Self-Regger, this space is for you.

We know how powerful it is to digest this work together—to pause with ideas that stir us, share what resonates, and make sense of complex ideas in ways that support real-life application. Each weekly session is a facilitated space for reflection, connection, and conversation. The goal isn’t for Susan—or any facilitator—to do all the talking. Instead, we’ll gather in community to explore the themes, questions, and insights that arise from each week’s reading. Together, we’ll unpack big ideas, share personal connections, and follow the threads of meaning that matter most to us. Where the conversation goes? That’s part of the Self-Reg journey too.

We will be running this book club twice this fall, the first starting on August 27th and the second starting October 15th.

REFRAMED A Self-Reg Revolution the book equips readers with the knowledge and tools to help build a more compassionate society, one mind at a time
