Leading this work can feel very different from learning about it.
Once Self-Reg starts becoming part of everyday practice, new questions emerge. How do we support our people? What do we do when something isn’t working? How do we keep going without asking everyone to take on one more thing? Sometimes it helps to have someone outside the day-to-day work who understands Self-Reg and can think alongside you. Through mentoring, coaching, consultation, communities of practice, and ongoing team support, we can create a place to bring the questions, challenges, possibilities, and messy middle of doing this work in the real world.
There are many team options that focus on adult well being and professional learning.
The Self-Reg Leadership program was originally designed for schools but many leaders, formal and informal, across many contexts take this learning and apply to their own contexts.
Many leaders find its helpful to have an experienced mentor to support the journey of bringing more Self-Reg into their context.
