The MEHRIT Centre (TMC) is supported by a coast-to-coast Canadian team with diverse professional backgrounds, experiences and areas of expertise. Together, we bring Shanker Self-Reg® to people and organizations through courses, books, resources, events and partnerships.
Our work also connects internationally through Self-Reg Global (SRG), which supports the international development of Shanker Self-Reg®, including intellectual property, licensing, translations and adapted content for different languages and contexts.
The work of The MEHRIT Centre is shaped and sustained by people who hold different but essential responsibilities across the organization, from vision and organizational leadership to learning, coordination, operations and finance.

Stuart continues to deepen and advance Self-Reg, leading us toward what comes next while the TMC team works to bring those ideas to life.

Susan leads TMC and is also one of its principal creators. She is Editor-in-Chief of TMC’s books and publications, an author and presenter, and a hands-on designer of its courses, resources, events and learning experiences. She connects the big picture with the smallest details, leading the team, partnerships and organizational direction while remaining deeply involved in what TMC creates and delivers.

Jamie is Susan’s right hand and one of the people who makes an extraordinary amount happen at TMC. Her work reaches across operations, events, partnerships, communications, design, publishing, speaking engagements and new initiatives. Jamie connects the many moving parts of TMC, helping turn ideas into things that are thoughtfully planned, created and delivered.

Mithra manages the financial systems behind TMC’s surprisingly complex ecosystem of learning, publishing, events and partnerships. She also supports payroll and HR and works closely with Susan and Jamie across major projects, partnerships and organizational needs. Mithra brings both rigour and tremendous care to the work, helping ensure that the systems behind TMC support the people within it.

Paula leads the quality and delivery of TMC’s facilitated learning and the team that accompanies learners through our eSchool.
