Roberta Reflects On Self-Reg, Hope, and the Difference One Year Can Make

Towards the end of 3 wonderful days working in Alert Bay, British Columbia, I asked Roberta, one of the most inspiring teachers that I’ve worked with over the last few years, if I could ask her a few questions on video about her Self-Reg journey. Little did I know that I was about to receive the most uplifting, funny, and completely heartwarming story of one teacher’s journey from a self-control mindset to Self-Reg.

Her final message is that “there is hope” and she is absolutely right.
