Many people, particularly those of us who live in cold winter climates, see spring as a time of hope and renewal – or at least the beginning of warmer weather. That doesn’t sound stressful at all, does it?
On the other hand…
Spring, like almost any period or situation, can include stressors for some people too – spring allergies, end of school year deadlines, exams, or simply wondering if that grass seed is actually going to grow this year.
