Self Reg dio un giro 360 a mi vida
El curso logra un equilibrio magistral entre la neurociencia y un humanismo profundo. Nos invita a abandonar el pensamiento determinista y el enfoque punitivo del ‘autocontrol’, para empezar a ver a través de la lente de la energía y el equilibrio entre el Cerebro Azul y el Cerebro Rojo. Aprender a distinguir entre una ‘mala conducta’ y un ‘comportamiento de estrés’ a través de los cinco dominios ha transformado mi forma de realizar intervenciones en psicoterapia y asesoramiento parental.

This course provided immense details regarding self-regulation. I have been able to apply many aspects of this course into my own life and the lives of children .
